6.                  BID AWARD FOR REHABILITATE MANHOLES 2008 PROJECT Request Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Public Improvement Agreement with Socal Pacific Construction Corporation, Lake Elsinore, in the amount of $233,110, for the Rehabilitate Manholes 2008 project

7.                  REQUEST FOR INITIATION OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (2007-38-CUP) FOR PROPERTY ADDRESSED AS 1310 SIMPSON WAY A request for the Council to authorize initiation of a Development Agreement between Robertson's Ready Mix and the City that would determine the appropriate way to capture revenues equivalent to the sales tax generated by the new concrete batch plant at 1310 Simpson Way

10.              PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008-2009 GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET Review and discussion of the assumptions used to prepare preliminary Fiscal Year 2008-09 General Fund Operating Budget

 

Staff Recommendations:  (1) Approve revenue and expenditure assumptions for the Fiscal Year 2008-09 General Fund Operating Budget; (2) Approve Council Budget Subcommittee recommendations to reduce General Fund operating expenditures; and (3) Provide direction to staff regarding (Finance Department:  Joy Canfield)

 

11.              ORAL REPORT:  COUNCIL COMMENTS/REGIONAL ISSUES This item provides an opportunity for City Council representatives on regional boards, commissions, and committees, to report back to Council on matters being addressed by those respective boards, commissions, and committees.  This item is for reports only, and there will be no discussion or action on the reports.  Such discussion or action will be calendared for a future agenda

The City Council meets regularly on the first four Wednesdays
of the month at 4:00 and 7:00 p.m.
