RENT INCREASE APPLICATION FOR CASA DE AMIGOS Casa de Amigos is requesting a short-form rent
increase of 75% of the change in the CPI for an 18 month period of
consideration (4.19%), which equals an average increase of $22.83 per space per
month for the 59 spaces subject to rent control

add community districts to public facilities eligible for directional panels,
and allow other types of development-related logos on he panels
