PARAMOUNT CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT (SUB 09-0004) An eight-lot Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for
the Paramount development to increase the number of residential units from 92
to 116 in conjunction with a modification to the Master and Precise Development
Plan for the reconstruction of a revised project design for the residential
condominium development of 4.46 acres in the Centre City Urban District of the
Downtown Specific Plan. The proposed residential density is 26 dwelling units
