5.                  NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE CHEMICALLY ENHANCED PRIMARY TREATMENT SYSTEM AT THE HALE AVENUE RESOURCE RECOVERY FACILITY (HARRF) Request Council authorize the Director of Utilities to file a Notice of Completion for the Chemically Enhanced Primary Treatment System at the HARRF

6.                  BID AWARD FOR THE LIBRARY HVAC PROJECT Request Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with Jackson & Blanc in the amount of $271,500, for the replacement of the heating and air conditioning system and includes a new roof in the mechanical area

8.                  LEASE AGREEMENT FOR 1045 WEST MISSION AVENUE Request Council authorize the Real Property Manager and City Clerk execute a one-year Lease Agreement, with two one-year options to extend the lease between the City and Kathleen Carr for property addressed as 1045 W. Mission Avenue that houses the City's Records Center

The City Council is scheduled to meet the first four Wednesdays
of the month at 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. (Verify schedule with City Clerk’s Office)
Members of the Council also sit as the Community Development Commission
and the Mobilehome Rent Review Board.

Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
