Centre City Parkway

6.                  NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE POLICE AND FIRE HEADQUARTERS (BID PACKAGE 3A  (SOUTHWEST) Request Council authorize staff to file a Notice of Completion for Southwest General Contractor, Incorporated (Bid Package 3A,  Structural Concrete and Paving) at the Police and Fire Headquarters located at 1163 N. Centre City Parkway

7.                  CONSULTING AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION AND RELOCATION SERVICES:  JUNIPER/FELICITA ROADWAY PROJECT Request Council authorize the City Manager to execute a Consulting Agreement with Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Incorporated, in an amount not to exceed $72,950, for acquisition and relocation services for the Juniper/Felicita Roadway Project

            RESOLUTION NO. 2010-115

10.              SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTIES TO THE CENTER FOR COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS (CCS) Request the Council authorize the Real Property Manager to negotiate and enter into an agreement to sell City-owned residential properties to CCS per their 2008 lease with an option to purchase the properties for an adjusted price of $609,000. The properties were originally purchased with CDBG funds; sale proceeds will be returned to a CDBG Account

of the month at 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. (Verify schedule with City Clerk’s Office)
